We love hops – that’s why our flagship Double IPA, Heady Topper, is packed full of them. Heady Topper was designed to showcase the complex flavors and aromas these flowers produce. The Alchemist has been brewing Heady Topper since 2003. This Double IPA is not intended to be the strongest or most bitter DIPA. It is brewed to give you wave after wave of hop flavor without any astringent bitterness. We brew Heady Topper with a proprietary blend of six hops – each imparting its own unique flavor and aroma. Santilli is an award-winning, crowd-sourced American IPA named after the brewery’s street address in Everett, MA. It's also winner of the Bronze Medal in the American IPA category at the 2016 World Beer Cup. Santilli pours bright gold with a nose of grapefruit zest and pine needles. It begins with big citrus flavors and a light, malty sweetness, finishing clean, pleasantly bitter, and crisp.

Barista is a Robust Coffee Porter aged on locally Roasted beans by our friends at Abracadabra Coffee Company. We age this Robust Porter on more than Two Pounds of Coffee per Barrel for a an instense flavor and aroma freshly brewed Coffee. This full bodied Robust Porter is a Fall/Winter Seasonal release.

Up first in our Stave Series: A Foeder aged lager!! This lager was aged in our oak Foeders for over six months. Tasting notes include hints of luscious fruit with undertones of sweet, oaky vanilla. Sensationally soft mouthfeel . . . almost like jumping in bed face first into a fluffy, huge pillow.

Barrel-Aged Narwhal is our deliciously dark Imperial Stout aged in Kentucky bourbon barrels. Barrel aging is a strange science; it mellows some characteristics of the original beer while intensifying others. Narwhal's aggressive roastiness has calmed, but the rich, chocolate-like malt backbone is brought to the fore. Black as midnight, this intense stout is complex with notes of cocoa and espresso balanced with hints of vanilla and toasted coconut from the oak casks. Nearly as rare as its nautical namesake, try Barrel-Aged Narwhal while you can because like the creature itself, it will soon dive into the depths and leave nary a trace behind.

Smithwick's is a clear beer with a rich ruby color and creamy head. Clean and delicate aroma with different individual notes: from the top fermentation by the Smithwick yeast come aromatic esters creating a fruity aroma. The Aroma Hops added late in the boil contribute clean fresh floral notes. Ale Malt contributes aroma hints of biscuit and caramel. Refreshing and clean taste with a gentle balance of bitterness from the hops added early in the boil, sweet/malty notes from the ale malt, and hints of roast/coffee from the roasted barley.

THE REDEFINITION OF THE "SESSION" IPA. When exploring the French alps, we came across something we did not know exists. While hiking, Joel screamed “F*ck, that’s a Laser Raptor! I thought they went extinct thousands of years ago!” Little did we know, this Raptor was friendly. He had been outcasted decades ago and started his own brewery in Switzerland. After a few beers with this Raptor, we decided to do a collaboration and dedicate this beer after him! If you are wondering his name, it’s Jeff or El Jefe after a few beers.

Native to the Basque region of Spain, the game of Jai Alai involves players launching a ball from a curved mitt called a cesta in an attempt to outsmart and outmaneuver their opponents on a court called a fronton. Native to Tampa, Florida, Jai Alai IPA is a bold, citrusy and balanced India Pale Ale that involves six different hop varietals used generously in a 7.5% ABV beer. While the number of frontons in our home state of Florida has dropped since the sport’s peak in the mid-1980s, Cigar City Brewing pays homage to the sport and the dedicated players and patrons who keep this Florida tradition alive with its flagship ale. Look for notes of orange peel, clementine, and light caramel to share the story and sunshine of Florida with beer lovers across the globe.

Throughout its history, the Freeport, Maine area known as Wolfe's Neck has been a diverse ecosystem including organic farmland, white pine and hemlock forests, and a salt marsh estuary. A gift to the people of Maine and its visitors from the Smith family, Wolfe's Neck reminds us of the importance of protecting land for future generations to experience and enjoy. Wolfe’s Neck IPA is brewed in honor of this special place. We hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do!

What we’ve got here is an imperial stout brewed with a massive amount of coffee and chocolates, then cave-aged in oak bourbon barrels for an entire year to make sure wonderful bourbon undertones come through in the finish. Makes your taste buds squeal with delight.

Powder Day Double Dry-Hopped IPA. We started dry-hopping, and it snowballed into a full-on powder day. Notes of citrus, stone fruit, and melon piled high in a blizzard of Lupulin powder.
